January 27, 2008 The 2008 Parks and Recreation/Therapeutic Program free Very Special Arts Festival provided hundreds of children the opportunity to show their creative sides. Held at Plano Centre, the 24th annual Festival was again made possible by local organizations, individuals and business sponsors who provided materials, volunteers and entertainment to budding artists of all abilities, ages three to 12. |
