The September 21-23 EDS Credit Union 2007 Plano Balloon Festival provided thousands of persons the opportunity to get up close and personal with a wide array of hot air balloons.  The annual 3-day event again solidified Plano’s official title of “Hot Air Balloon Capitol of Texas.”
