October 20, 2007 The Third Annual Plano International Festival Held October 20, 2007 at Plano’s historic Haggard Park brought a taste of Plano’s diverse cultural heritage to thousands of visitors. Over 60 nations were represented through entertainment, food, crafts and fashion venues. A naturalization ceremony and international parade of nations highlighted the days’ activities. |
