Plano’s Multicultural Outreach Roundtable hosted a reception on Friday, November 14, 2003 at the Art Centre of Plano in celebration of the many cultures within our City. Mayor Pat Evans spoke to a diverse group of citizens that evening, encouraging participation and promoting awareness of the City’s multicultural outreach efforts. Several local restaurants donated their cultural specialties and many attendees arrived at the reception adorned in native dress.
