Plano Parks and Recreation Adapted Recreation programs offer recreational opportunities for individuals with special needs from 12 months to over 60 years of age. Programs are offered year round and provide a variety of activities such as; fitness, crafts and fine arts, education, outings and a variety of other programs that meet the needs of children/teens and adults with disabilities.

Aerobats Gymnastics Program
The Plano Aerobats Gymnastics Program is a year-round program for girls, ages 3 through 16, beginners through Level 8, and boys, ages 4 through 8, beginners and advanced beginners.
Go Ape Treetop Adventure
Our Go Ape Treetop Adventure course features thrilling views of the lush local landscape and even a zip line that crosses over Rowlett Creek. Our high-ropes adventure course takes between 2 through 3 hours to complete.
